The racquet I purchased included a string. Can I change to another type of string?

Name customizaton is a service provided to permanently marks the racquet with your name. It can also be your initials, phone number, short phrases etc.

What is the process of name customization?

Buyer who would like a name customization service shall leave a remark on the phrase to be customized upon check out, or leave us a chat message within 30 minutes after order placed. Buyer who failed to provide us with the remark within the stipulated timeframe shall be considered as no longer needing the service and racquet will be shipped without name customization.

What if I forgot to leave a remark on the tension to be stringed?

Buyer who opted for stringing service shall leave a remark on the tension to be stringed upon check out or leave us a chat message within 30 minutes after order placed. Shall we not receive any remark on the tension needed, we shall string at a default tension of 26lbs.
